Players can vote for a listing twice per day. A vote is unique until the next noon or midnight UTC — not a sliding 12 hours from the click.
If the same IP, browser cookie or player id votes again in that window, the rank does not go up. We still notify your callback with voted=0 so you can show a timer in-game.
All ranking vote totals return to zero at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of every month. The countdown in the footer shows the time left.
